I lava good chocolate dessert. The rapid air circulation perfectly sets the cake on the outside while leaving the center gloriously gooey. It looks like a fancy restaurant dessert but is incredibly easy.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Generously butter and cocoa-dust two ramekins.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate together, then whisk in sugar, eggs, and flour.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  6. Let rest for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate.
  7. Serve immediately.
