Mini Banana Bread

This recipe is bananas, literally. Baking a mini loaf in the air fryer is quick and prevents the dreaded soggy middle. It is the perfect size when you only have one or two overripe bananas.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F.
  2. Grease a mini loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
  3. Mash bananas and mix with wet and dry ingredients to form the batter.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared mini loaf pan.
  5. Air fry for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Insert a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing.
