  1. Preheat air fryer to 320 F.
  2. Cut store-bought pie crust into small circles to fit silicone muffin cups.
  3. Press the crust into the cups and prick the bottoms with a fork.
  4. Whisk together lemon juice, zest, sugar, and eggs for the filling.
  5. Pour filling into the crusts until three-quarters full.
  6. Place in basket carefully and cook for 10 minutes until set.
  7. Check and serve chilled.
