Baked Pears

These pears are un-pear-ably delicious. Halved and spiced, they soften beautifully in the air fryer without turning to mush. A fantastic quick dessert when you want to look fancy but feel lazy.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 F.
  2. Cut pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the core.
  3. Brush the flesh with a little melted butter or coconut oil.
  4. Sprinkle generously with your chosen sweet spices.
  5. Place in basket cut side up.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes until tender and caramelized on top.
  7. Check and serve warm.
