It's Fryin' Time (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes air fryer times, temperatures, recipes, and seasoning blends at itsfryintime.com (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Accounts. You can use the Service without an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google; we never see your Google password. If you create an account with an email address and a password, we store the password only as a one-way hash. You may add a username and a short bio, which appear next to anything you post.
Things you post and save. Forum threads, replies, and comments are public and are shown with your username or name. Foods you save, recipes you heart, and spice packs you save are tied to your account.
Usage data. We collect information about how the Service is used, such as pages visited and searches performed. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic metrics; it does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Store links. Product and ingredient links on the Service go to Walmart. When you follow one, we log the click (the product or search term, and the page you were on) so we can see which links are useful. That log is not tied to your account and is deleted after one year.
Security records. Failed sign-in attempts are kept for 30 days to protect accounts, and sign-in sessions expire on their own.
We never sell your information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that host the Service and its database, with Google when you choose to sign in with Google, when the law requires it, and, for public posts, with everyone who visits the Service.
We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not set advertising cookies of our own.
We take part in Walmart's affiliate program. By participating in that program and placing links to Walmart on the Service, Walmart (through its affiliate platform, impact.com) may place or recognize cookies on your browser when you follow one of those links. If a purchase you make through such a link earns us a commission, we are told the order total, never who you are or what you bought. Every link that can earn us a commission is labeled as a paid link next to the link itself.
The Service is written for adults who cook. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Email us to delete your account and the information tied to it; public posts are removed with it.

Links to Walmart and other sites lead to places with their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Their policies apply once you are there.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
