Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the dark green tops off the leeks and slice the white and light green parts into 1/4-inch rings.
Wash the rings thoroughly to remove grit, then pat completely dry.
Toss gently with a light coating of oil and seasoning.
Place in the air fryer basket, spreading them out as much as possible.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket frequently to prevent burning.
