Crab Cakes

Do not be crabby, dinner is almost ready! The air fryer gives these delicate cakes a perfectly golden, crispy exterior without falling apart in a greasy pan.

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
  2. Form your crab mixture into even patties.
  3. Chill the patties in the fridge for 10 minutes to help them hold together.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the cakes inside.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the crab cakes.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, then very gently flip them.
  7. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
