  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cut sheets of dry rice paper into smaller, chip-sized squares or triangles.
  3. Lightly spray the pieces with oil and dust with your favorite seasoning.
  4. Place a few pieces at a time in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they puff up and turn white and crispy.
  6. Remove carefully and repeat with the remaining batches.
