Bok Choy Leaves

Do not leaf this one out of your meal rotation! Bok choy turns into incredibly crispy, delicate chips in the air fryer, while the stems stay tender-crisp. It is a fantastic way to sneak more greens into your diet.

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Separate the bok choy leaves, wash them thoroughly, and pat them completely dry.
  3. Lightly spray the leaves with oil and gently toss with seasoning.
  4. Arrange the leaves in the basket, overlapping slightly is fine as they will shrink.
  5. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through.
