  1. 01Place 4 graham cracker squares in the air fryer basket as the bottoms.
  2. 02Put one piece of chocolate on each cracker square.
  3. 03Put one marshmallow on top of each chocolate piece.
  4. 04Ready for the air fryer. 2 to 3 minutes. Watch closely.
  5. 05The marshmallows are done when they're puffed and golden brown on top. Pull them before they go dark brown or they collapse into goo.
  6. 06Immediately top with the remaining 4 graham cracker squares and press down gently. The hot marshmallow and chocolate melt together and glue the sandwich shut.
The chocolate goes under the marshmallow, not on top. The radiant heat from above toasts the marshmallow while the trapped heat between the marshmallow and cracker melts the chocolate. If you put the chocolate on top, it melts and drips before the marshmallow is done. Layer order matters: cracker, chocolate, marshmallow, air fry, then top cracker.
