Artichoke Hearts

Have a heart and give these artichokes a try in the air fryer. Using canned or jarred hearts makes prep a breeze, and the hot air crisps up the leaves beautifully. They are an un-beet-able appetizer, even if they aren't beets.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Drain canned or jarred artichoke hearts and pat them completely dry.
  3. Cut them in half and toss gently with a little oil and seasoning.
  4. Place in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. The edges of the leaves should be brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
