Monkfish Tail

Often called the poor man's lobster, monkfish tail is firm, sweet, and incredibly easy to air fry. It holds its shape perfectly and takes on butter and spices like a champ. There is no monkey business here, just great seafood.

  2. Remove any remaining membrane from the monkfish tail.
  3. Brush with melted butter or oil and season well.
  4. Place the tail in the basket.

  7. Cook for another 6 minutes until firm and opaque.
