For a kid-friendly twist, this recipe uses Oreo cookies as the crust. The whole Oreo softens under the cheesecake for a fudgy, cookie-like base. You'll find the full recipe and air frying instructions below.

For the crust:

  • 6 Oreo cookies (one whole cookie per cup, cream and all)

For the filling:

  1. 01Place one whole Oreo at the bottom of each silicone muffin cup. Don't crush it. The whole cookie IS the crust.
  2. 02Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. 03Add egg, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  4. 04Fold in the crushed Oreo chunks.
  5. 05Pour into cups, filling 3/4 full.
  6. 06Ready for the air fryer.
Using a whole Oreo as the base instead of crushing cookies and mixing with butter is faster and honestly works better in the air fryer. It softens under the cheesecake and becomes a fudgy, cookie-like crust. The chunks folded into the filling give you cookies-and-cream texture in every bite.
